Dr Howard is different than any other doctor I have had in the past instead of just treating the normal things a 79 year old patient that has had open heart surgery, two hip replacements he is working on me to have a long and happy life He started by changing my diet and my exercise regimen. I have also increased my stretching regimen and started Weight training twice a week as well as cardio A few times a week I have also started balance training thanks to him. He is very knowledgeable and took his time answering all my concerns. He made excellent suggestions for things to do to help with my issues. He has referred me to specialist Doctors who have been excellent He believes in living well and beyone. His new book was highly informative and gives me a path to follow as I age. He has become my primary doctor since I moved to Naples 6 years ago. I highly recommend him.
From my very first appointment, I knew my experience with Dr. Howard would be different. Our initial meetings each lasted over an hour, during which he took the time to thoroughly understand my medical history and explain my lab results in detail.
