One thing I appreciate about Dr. Zhang is that he takes my concerns seriously while also making a point to reassure me that the worst case scenario in my head is almost certainly not the issue. He had always taken time out of his day (and I am sure he is VERY busy) to answer any message/question I send thoroughly and I’ve never felt anything but confident in the care that I receive. During my recent procedure, he and his staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. I am beyond grateful!
Dr. Zhang is a busy man but worth the wait. Competent is an understatement.
The staff was amazing in particular Monica, Nancy, Michelle, Dr Phillips and Kelly were all wonderful and I so appreciate how well they performed there jobs. However Dr Zhang was not, he was late getting to work and I was there waiting on him, after the procedure he came in and essentially said he couldn't do his job well because I didn't follow instructions, which I followed the instructions that were verbally given to me over the phone.
