1 star is a generous review. My favorite experience with HHMS was horrible. We took out a short term loan until we sold a house. When I asked for a pay off amount: -it took 3 days to get a pay off amount bc it had to be verified by ano HH employee. -Received the INCORRECT pay off amount from HHMS (even though they “double checked” the amount) -Employees were VERY considering they can’t do simple math. I will NEVER recommend anyone use Howard Hanna Mortgage Services.

Do not rent from Howard Hanna. Cheap, ineffectual contractors; uninformed office staff and maintenance techs because of high turnover. I rented for three years, gave an early move-out notice, and they filed a seven day notice on me because I paid rent that week on the 4th. I painted, scrubbed, patched, steam-cleaned, and left no bulk garbage, and they still found a way to take over half of my security deposit, including trying to make me pay double water bills for my last month, plus the final water bill.
