Literally scheduled an open house. My Mother spent all day cleaning and preparing just for him to no call/no show. His excuse was "the Bills are playing". Very unprofessional. My advice is to go with anybody else. Take any postive reviews with a grain of salt as this realtor offers a gift for a 5 star review.
