The real estate Agent Nancy was extremely rude when meeting her at a open house, she is not knowledgeable about basic information of the properties she is selling, has rude attitude, and she will not give any information about whether the house has offers higher or lower. Not a good real estate agent, avoid!
I asked the real estate agent a few simple questions about the home’s pricing and offers, but she didn’t give clear answers or seem willing to help. I understand there are rules about confidentiality, but the communication felt closed off and unhelpful.
