Had to go to the ER at JFK Hospital in Edison, NJ the other night for my Mother-in-law. She had taken a fall and landed on her wrist. It appeared to be broken, however, we wanted to get her care quickly. After the fantastic intake team (Elijah) got us in super fast, we were immediately greeted by our nurse (Catherine) who started to care for her. Not a caring or compassionate physician. He was totally unethical. Very judgmental, never examined me. He was so rude and disrespectful towards me my husband asked him to stop yelling at me and help me. He was yelling so Loud with the exam room door open. Everyone heard him. I lost all faith in Riverview medical center. The nurse was rude. 3 nurses came in to help and evaluate me I was under such distress. They were extremely caring.
