Troy was just here to clean my air ducts and vents, and the service was very professional. Troy explained the whole air duct cleaning process clearly and pointed out a few additional services that would help improve airflow and indoor air quality that were not discussed when I scheduled the appointment. Troy thoroughly cleaned our dryer vent all the way to the outside and replaced the vent covers to help keep birds, rodents, and other pests out of our home. Howard Family Home Services also improved the dryer vent connections behind the units, since the original setup was not done very well. The airflow is much better now, and the whole vent system feels cleaner, safer, and more efficient.
We used this company again for air duct and vent cleaning, and we’re very happy with the service. Troy cleaned out a pest issue in the venting, corrected a poor builder installation, and sealed the rooftop vent area to help keep pests from coming back while also preventing water from getting in. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done carefully, and the system now feels cleaner and better protected.
