Would have been 5 stars but the girl at the front door who was making sure all patients/ visitors had a mask on was rude and seemed to hate her job. Terrible first impression of this place! Everyone else was nice and friendly.
Terrible group. They don’t answer phone, don’t send in orders , don’t return calls. Got to be something better in Wilmington.
I had the WORST doctors expierence of my life at the LELAND location in Brunswick Forest. First of all I wait almost 1.5 to see Dr. Kahiya and when she came in didnt even apologize and spent 2 MIN with me. Yep, no exaggeration, I timed it. Then I went to have my blood drawn by Jacqueline knauss. I took my Kate Spade $250 watch off and set it on the table (where the needles are) when she was done I walked out. 10 min later realized I didnt have my watch, went back and it was GONE!! Had first visit today with Dr. Wilson and was very nervous. My prior provider at a different practice was female, but she does not take Medicare so I had to change doctors. Dr. Wilson was wonderful. He put me at ease by getting my mind off the exam with open ended questions and with his sense of humor. He was sensitive to my anxiety and was very gentle with me. I had to wait a half hour past my appointment time, but it was posted on a board that he was running 1/2 hour behind, which was nice to know in advance. His ass... read more
Strike 1 - when I was 16 I went there for my first Pap smear. The people at The desk acted like I knew what I was supposed to do they got my paperwork done and told me to sit down I sat there forever until my anxiety got the Best of me and I got up and left. Strike 2 - I was pregnant and was going to use them as my doctors. They treated me like a number and there was still a whole lot of waiting around like I didn’t have anything else to do. Worst experience with prenatal care. I have dealt with OBGYNs in San Diego CA and Plano TX, this is my 3rd pregnancy and will be my 3rd c-section. I am also HIGH RISK this pregnancy. The health and care of this pregnancy extremely sensitive. 1st appointment with Dr. Jennifer Calfee: this doctor was EXTREMELY rude, insensitive and had a complete MY WAY OR THE HIGHWAY attitude within the first minute of the visit.
