We've barely lived here a year and the power has gone out for a substantial amount of time SIX TIMES. As I write this, the power went out and it hasnt stormed for hours. On the phone they're great, very friendly. The power lines/infrastructure need serious work. I'll have to shell out some serious $$$ for a generator now, because I can't trust my electric company to keep our lights on.

Over 20 years of business. This is the worst power co-op I've been a part of. Most expensive with the most costly hikes due to "peak demand" disgusting business model. Per your response, I've had two "audits" done and understand how the co-op works. Being a member for a while now. I also understand comparatively this co-op is one of the highest cost and peak demand hikes. I don't need your apology WE need resolution.

Have been a member since 2001 and while we've had a few outages (what COOP doesn't), the service has been reliable and consistent. The front office has always been kind and patient which I perceive speaks to the culture and the leadership in Fayette - that's just not the case at other smaller cooperatives. Very well done, guys.
