They need to fix and do some upkeep on equipment...only thing keeping them going is the pet wash, which is great. 2025....still no soap....please check it weekly! Paying for water from a hose is stealing from your custoners....no setting had chemical of any kind in it! Should be 0 stars, 3rd time this summer for me.
No soap or any other chemicals would come out, just water at a pathetic level of pressure. I tried 2 bays and same on both. Once you scan you card there is no way to turn it off to prevent the next guy from using your card to wash their vehicle. I have reached out to the number provided on google to see if they will take care of this and refund the money I was charged. I will update this if they take care of it.
No soap and no response from the owner about it. Waisted money…
Terrible car wash drug paraphernalia in the bays, no soap. DO NOT USE.
