I called on a Thursday afternoon and left a voicemail about placing a stone order for the weekend or following week. Alexis returned my call within an hour, and the you could hear the phone ringing off the hook in the background! They are super busy. Anyway, she provided 10/10 customer service, and we were able to have 5 tons of #57s white stone delivered in less than 24 hours time. This is the second, if not the third time we have ordered from Maryland Landscape Supply. The products are spot on, and the prices are good. The staff from phone to delivery is always very friendly, helpful, punctual. Chris did a fantastic job placing soil and mulch exactly where I asked him to dump it. Thank you!
