Excellent! I came here with an injury to my eye and severe eye pain. The nurse practitioner gave me eye drops for the pain and exam on my eye. He saw the abrasion immediately. He gave me prescriptions for the pain and to prevent infection. He tested my eye pressure as well. I feel so much better after being in pain all day and going to two urgent cares. Everyone there was so nice and professional.
Came in with possible heart attack symptoms and an extremely painful left arm...12 hours....12 hours of jus sitting in the ER no update had to ask for pain meds even tho i came in with pain. It doesn't feel like they go in order but pick whose the easiest cases first. I have no clue i dont want to bring the other thing in but they did seem to favor certain patients over others. Still sitting here and debating if i should just leave and pray I dont have an heart attack
Had a much better experience this time around at the Emergency Room. The staff was friendly and did their best to quickly help my girlfriend even though they were very busy and clearly understaffed. It was also a lot cleaner than the last time I was here and I noticed that. I’m cautiously optimistic about the future of HCMC.
I went in emergency but wait time was too long. I think emergency mean someone has serious issue, but they treat like regular visits.
If you want to die in the waiting room then go here . Wait time is at least 6-8 hours before they call you in to look at you .
