This ER was excellent! I had almost no wait time, and everyone that I interacted with was kind, patient, professional, friendly, and efficient. Very grateful for the staff here and the great care they provided.
Everyone here was helpful and fixed me up quickly.
Came here back in November after the nurse line told me to come to an ER. I understand that hospitals are short staffed, so waiting time was fair, but they treated the issue like I was overreacting. It was a real problem that could've gone into something more serious had it continued. Their lack of concern was disappointing.
Eight hours sitting in a chair in the waiting room. Never saw a doctor. No idea why husband was passing out. Abrasions all over his face. A giant knot on his head. I hope he doesn't have a fractured skull. At least the paramedics were helpful.
The doctors and nurses at this hospital were rude. I was admitted as an emergency patient, but my leg hurt so much that I couldn't stand it, so I was admitted as an emergency patient, and the nurse herself said that she was stressed, and she expressed her anger by yelling at the patient. Also, originally, if the patient was actually a US citizen, they would give different preferential treatment, but here, not only were there no preferential treatment, but even if you became a citizen, there was no preferential treatment.
