Kristin (I hope I spelled correctly), rules! :) The new office is so clean and spacious, and the ladies are crazy efficient. It was the quickest most efficient appointment I’ve ever had anywhere. I highly recommend this practice.
Heather, the PA, was wonderful, timely and thorough. They got all my records ahead. She had reviewed. I was 15 early and done by 15 after the appointment, before I could finish paperwork, they took me back. She's kind and caring and educates. Best recommendation ever.
I'm trying to solve multiple issues that fall under endocrinology: prediabetic, pancreatic cyst, and hormone issues, sleep issues, and wanted a complete thyroid work up. After getting a referral to them and not getting a call back I not only wasted three weeks but was told the Dr. doesn't treat patients like me. It doesn't seem like the Dr. looks at broad issues to solve problems so don't waste your time. I am glad I was denied as it would have been horrible care. It is just unfortunate for the time I wasted.
