RecommendedHoward County Arts Council has a fantastic array of art on display in the gallery as well as spacious studios for resident artists to rent and work. It also offers classes of various mediums. The community is very friendly, helpful and supportive and it hosts several events a year to showcase and sell work by the artists as well as other local makers.
