He's a very nice understanding and considerate person, listens to your needs and I would refer to my friends and family.
I took my mom there with a concern regarding her ostomy and skin breakdown and he peeked in the ostomy bag but never at the skin issues and referred us to an ostomy management specialist which I had to call back the next day for. Spent no time actually looking at her issues.
Very friendly ad the explanation is very good also.
