Dr. Cohen is amazing. However the staff does lack some communication skills. I took my 7 year old to one of the appointments and she had to leave because they don’t allow kids in. I am understanding of such a policy however the fault is that it should have been communicated to me or anyone from the onset of becoming a patient with them. When I asked for 30 minutes to accommodate my husband picking up my daughter they said they would have to book me for a different day due to having other appointments. When trying to call into office, there is an extremely long waiting time to get into someone. If my call was Highly Important I would have hung up.
