***They do not care**** A close friend’s dog — a patient of this clinic for 13 years — suffered a severe seizure and was essentially brain dead but still alive and suffering. He called this clinic, the only vet the dog has ever known, asking for humane euthanasia as soon as possible. He was told the soonest they could “fit him in” was 4 days out. I visited because my dog was in pain. It turned out she had sprained a paw. We were taken right into an exam room, so I didn't have to deal with trying to control an overly friendly dog around other dogs. I also got her shots updated. The bill was reasonable and they understand having limited funds. One thing to be aware is they ask for a deposit if you are a new client making an appointment for the first time. This is a horrible place since Dr. Lepley is no longer there. They have such a lack of compassion for the animals and owners. They are only concerned with the monetary side of things.
They are great with my dog Titan. He's a giant breed that most vets won't see. They love him as much as the others.
