My son received ABA services through Alora in 2025. While we appreciated having access to support, we ultimately chose to discontinue after our therapist left. One thing we hadn’t expected was that the therapist assigned to us was just starting out. They were kind and eager to learn, which we appreciated, but it was disappointing to realize we weren’t getting the experienced professional hands on care we thought we were signing up for. Never a problem. Things are resolved. . The employees and Doctor's that work for this firm are excellent. I have recommended them and I always will. You have to have a lot of love and compassion coming from the parent and coming from Alora, in which I know this firm has that. I can only give them 5 stars....but it would actually be 10. If I am to be honest, I would have to give this company a mediocre review. HOWEVER let me tell you about the unprofessional, untrained and downright disrespectful staff that is Rebecca T. l have been in similar programs for over 10 years+ and never have I ever had the displeasure of meeting such a awful and disrespectful staff. Bad services even if I’m in medical doesn’t mean to treat us with disrespect, we’re human, they looked more concerned about my living than helping my autistic son i did more of their job than they do ! SMH!
