Dr.Chi is extremely calm and educated in his field and took his time to answer all my questions, definitely a professional I would recommend to anybody.
Great surgeon, very smooth procedure. Except that they didn't really constant monitoring the patient. I guess it's true that hearing is the first sense you get after waking up. My anesthesia went off mid procedure. I was painlessly awake, dead staring at my vitals and experiencing my procedure, while hearing the doc chitchatting he's going to a Brooklyn clinic instead of here later this week or something. I recently had my lower left wisdom tooth extracted at this dental office, and I am very grateful for the care I received. As someone who is disabled and uses a wheelchair, visiting medical facilities can sometimes be stressful, but the entire experience here was wonderful. Don't bother if you have Ameritas insurance, they don't take Ameritas insurance, so the people working there say.
I was really nervous after reading some of the reviews, but my experience getting all four of my wisdom teeth removed was quick and painless! The IV sedation worked perfectly—I was out for most of it and only woke up near the end, but I didn’t feel a thing and was so dazed I barely noticed what was happening. The lady who took my X-rays was so sweet and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the process.
