This review is for ASSIST---Staff need to stop hiding in the office, at least make an attempt to make patients feel comfortable. Also, if a patient leaves to go to another place, tell them WHERE YOU'RE PUTTING their medications. I came back to get them on a Friday night and staff was clueless as to where they were,....so I had to buy more at full price over the weekend, because they "don't keep the meds", "contact your case manager". Also the place needs a bit more structure, more therapy groups.
