I’m 22 years old, & my first time to ever deal with a funeral in any way. While I had my family to help, all the staff were angels without wings!! Mr. Bill was so kind and patient with me throughout the whole process. I’m so glad I chose this place & glad they took care of my mother with much respect & care.
I say this good things and bad things but mostly good my family on my mom's has used this funeral home about five different times when my grandmother died it was not best time to deal with anyone but when my mom died back in 19 Cliff which I'm sad to say is no longer with y'allmade everything easyand also the rest of the staff from my mom died and made it easyso that's why it's a good thing in a bad thing but if I would pick a funeral home in Kinstonthere should be one of the top if not the top
I really appreciated their attention to even the smallest details. Karen, Funeral Director was wonderful and made everything a lot easier for me in my time of grief.
