I've been a patient at Howard Brown for over four years. When I first started, I was very happy with the professionalism and kindness of the clinical staff, but unfortunately, that's no longer the case. They're refusing to update my name and gender in my chart despite having been given the updated information multiple times. The doctors are fantastic but I refuse to put up with being treated like this.

What a joke. I've been trying to get ahold of them for an appointment to get my medication refilled. I've made three separate requests for a call to set up an appointment and haven't gotten any response in months. If this place were any more poorly run it'd be called UChicago.

I have been going to Howard Brown for decades. Their offices on Halsted is the newest branch of the Howard Brown universe. It is pretty impressive. Five stories, a roof deck, dental; all in an impressive new building that brings some class to a block that was pretty tawdry. If you are looking for a new primary consider looking at the amazing staff at Howard Brown.

Why do they ask to arrive early if they keep the building locked?
