Horribly arrogant staff of apparently one who first gave me misinformation about insurance and then accused me of robbery because I was trying to argue the charges which she claimed would be covered but instead were billed to me.

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining!
