Used to be fine. Now it’s a billing mill with attitude. Rude desk, constant delays, zero warmth.
I’ve been coming here for years, and the last two visits were a total nightmare. This office is a mess—rude front desk, chaotic scheduling, and a shameless push to bill for anything they can. They even asked me to come early, then left me sitting there while acting like I was the problem. It feels like a cash register with dental chairs attached. I’m done, and I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.
After years as a loyal patient, today was my last visit. The office called and asked me to arrive early; I took a cab to accommodate, but still waited past my time. The front-desk interaction was curt and discourteous—a big change from the warm staff I remember. Since Dr. Berman hasn’t been there full-time, the practice feels more transactional and less patient-centered.
