I have mostly had a good experience at this dental practice. I had some elaborate and expensive work done including dental implants which, so far, has turned out well. Where I have had trouble is in using the dental insurance that I have for basic dental work. I came to this practice on a recommendation from my insurance company which requires a “primary dentist “ designation, but when I insisted on paying the usual co pay rate rather than three or four times as much I was subjected to a ridiculous argument. I thought one odd the front desk people were all about making money. I am disabled and on SSDI. When I saw the surgeon, she was very nice! I explained that I'm only here to have a single tooth implant and that the few other cavities I have I will have taken care of my dentist who takes my insurance since you don't take my insurance. I knew I'd be paying out a pocket which held from my church.
