I have to give their grooming a 2 maybe even a 1 star. Took dog in for normal grooming. Every time we have took her there price is about the same. Picked her up today, it went up $20. Called grooming up, asked about it, of course the groomer is off for the rest of the day. Even though my wife just picked up my dog and when i called, it was 10 min. UPDATE: I am updating this review and taking away another star as I am experiencing this delay again this month; I would suggest perhaps a rework of your internal processes or perhaps assign more staff to authorize refills. It should not take a week to get an authorization for a routine medication refill for your pet. I think this is a great vet and their animal care services are outstanding! Update (1/5/2026): We have been going here for about 6 years and we will be taking all three of our dogs elsewhere. Since the ownership change (a couple years ago) customer service at this facility has completely fallen off. _____ Another place that needs to reflect on if they can’t service the needs of existing patients whether they should be taking on any new clients.
