Great staff. Very caring and gentle. Very understanding and patient with my temperamental dog.
Do not get taken by the $25 New Patient scam these people are advertising! I was slapped with a $115 bill because I asked questions about our new rescue dog. Will never go back! The Vet was nice enough, but not the scam.
Finding Dr. Baker and Caring Hands was a fortunate discovery. I was immediately impressed by their genuine care for animals, evident from the front desk to the animal care staff. Their transparency regarding costs and treatment options is exceptional, empowering me to make informed decisions within my budget. (Not once did i feel pressured to do any testing). UPDATE - I need to provide an update today since we had no choice but to bring our dog in for his monthly shot because we couldn’t get our dog in to our current vet. Caring Hands used to be his primary care. But now the place has seem to have fallen with its services.The staff is awful. A lady by the name of Cassandra told my brother that we needed to bring him in for another wellness check (read my past post below).
