Carlos and Michael are the best. There's no one we trust more with our vehicles. Hands down, the best mechanic in the area! And the best mechanic I've ever had. Wow, needed a few things done on my car and took it to my local Palatine shop. WHAT? $800 just for the one seemingly small issue. My brother lives in Chicago and said come on over to the shop near his place, Howard Auto. “Carlos will take care of you.” And that’s exactly what Carlos did. Several things were done and all for less than the quote for the single repair. These folks are honest, friendly, personable, and very skilled. My car runs perfect now. Thank you so much Carlos, you’re the best!
I've enjoyed the great good fortune of being a customer of Howard Auto Service's for over four years and counting. Allow me to offer the following anecdote: Earlier this month, my nearly 16-year-old car's driver side quarter panel and I had a most unfortunate encounter with a utility pole's protective - and protruding - metal plating which, due to its placement at car level, I was unable to see while driving by.
