I highly recommend Howard & Associates. I am very thankful to have the support from the team for my family. I have always had excellent support and assistance from the therapists we have worked with and the administration staff. I appreciate how everyone we have had the pleasure of dealing with has gone above and beyond to help!
It sounds like they might have had some issues with their frontline staff a number of years ago, but that hasn't been my experience at all. My daughter and I recently started seeing two different psychiatrists there and we've had nothing but positive experiences and they have been very responsive.
It took them 7 days to respond to a request from my benefits company. When they finally did set up an appointment (3 weeks later), they forgot to take any contact details to send me their intake forms. I called 4 times over the course of 2 weeks and left 4 messages, one message was with a person who said she didn't know anything and wasn't at the front desk, but promised to pass on the message – she never did.
