Stay away! Takes your money, strings you along for months, cancels the contract, refuses to refund, gets a judgement against him. NC Superior Court File # 24CV002029-690 ignores it and skips town to avoid Writ of Execution.
Nothing good to report here. Signed two contracts with Shane for driveways, patio, flower beds, and drainage. One in July 2024 and one in Sept 2024. Paid him 50% deposit. The work on the first contract was started but not completed leaving me with a torn up yard and multiple dirt piles. The second contract was never even started. No refund received for either one.
