I think the world of Dr Howard, been going for years and she makes me feel comfortable and has helped me so much
When you have a Doctor who genuinely cares about her patients, recognizes potential Health concerns and addresses it immediately, you are a very fortunate patient. I love that Dr Howard is my doctor because she is very in tune with me and my Health She’s the BEST.
Very disappointed on how they are handling their patients. Appointments will keep being canceled for months with no explanation. I have been a patient with this practice before it was sold with no problems. After the sale of practice ClareMedica decided only to take Humana, Medicaid and Medicare. They lie as to why your appointments are being canceled. Was booted out because I have United and never told, had to find out through the grape vine. I’d give a zero star or negative star if it was available! I made a new patient appointment with this Dr last November. They called and canceled four different appointments and rescheduled. Today they called and said no appointments for new patients until next year! Seriously don’t waste your time with these people!!
Two situations to explain the 1 star -I went in to the office with my father as recommended by the urologist after my father's kidney stone removal surgery and Dr. Howard had not conducted ANY review of his file before entering the room and proceeded to tell us that she had no idea why we had come in to see her?
