After being shafted with billing and scheduling problems by from Dr. Pinholster, and Dr. Kimberly Martin, I finally found Dr. Achen. Dr. Achen's office was quick to fix my tooth problem, correctly billed my insurance, and let me know exactly what the dentist was going to do and how much my insurance would not cover. They took care of everything in one visit, rather than a consultation and followup visits like Dr. Martin's office tried to get away with (two paid visits). Great office staff and fantastic dentists.
Dr Achen has performed 2 root canals and crown replacements and emergency services when required. I find him to be professional, friendly and above all very efficient and caring. His office staff is the best - they are friendly and understanding and will work with you on appointments and finances. Yes, i would highly recommend Dr. Achen and his staff!
He's a wonderful dentist, and an extraordinary service to our community.
