Dr Howard Silver is celebrating 30 years practicing in Williamsburg Brooklyn. Three years ago we built a start of the art office and will continue to provide quality dental care for the community. We offer all phases of general dental care including preventive, restorative and cosmetic dentistry. This includes cleanings, tooth colored fillings, root canals, crowns and removable as well as permanent bridges. Cosmetic procedures includes whitening and porcelain veneers. We would love to show off our new office.

My daughter had an appointment at this office and the staff yelled at her that she was late and told her to leave. She was actually early. I called to clarify and they hung up on me. Later, they realized that they had mixed her up with a patient with a similar name and apologized for yelling at her. The unprofessional behavior of the office staff is abhorrent and I would never recommend this place. There are plenty wonderful dentists who train their staff to treat patients with basic respect.
I went to the dentist with SEVERE pain in my mouth. I made an appointment and headed to Dr Silver. My appointment was for 3:00 and I got there at 2:56. I went to receptionist to sign in and she YELLED at me “YOU’RE 15 MINUTES LATE! YOU’RE APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 2:45” I begin to tell her that no, it was for 3:00 and she wouldn’t hear it. Mind you I’m in searing pain and I’m here to get relived of my pain and I’m getting yelled at.
