I just visited How It Works for the first time and I have to share what a wonderful experience it was. It's the best customer service I've encountered this decade for certain but possibly ever. First, I have to say that I am a complete newbie artist and I reached out by phone to ask some questions. Needed something printed on deckled paper and was turned away but more than 8 commercial printing places. Zach and Keith offered to give it a try and were successful. I’m so happy with how the job turned out and so grateful to How it Works for accepting the challenge. I’m a happy customer.
