Nurse Feliz could not be more accommodating, informative, creative and genuinely concerned for my health while achieving my goals. She always comes up with creative ways to meet and exceed my goals with different methodologies and new ideas for meals. I could not ask for a better, more encouraging mentor.

Filiz is attentive & passionate about getting results & in my short time with her the plan she’s come up for me has already produced results…Filiz has answered every question I’ve had & she is so easy to talk to about my plan…it’s a motivating factor for me & I know having Filiz guide me through the stages of weight loss will produce the results in making Me a better Me… Thank you Filiz
Samantha is very helpful and more than willing to work with the my individual issues to support my weight loss journey. Each visit to the clinic is positive experience. I come out of these appointments with Samantha and Filiz with renewed confidence in my ability to continue on this journey.
Update Jan 30/25 I am so pleased with the progress I am achieving with the guidance of my nurse Samantha. Being able to be open, honest and the ability to talk about anything (and I mean anything) has helped me. My goals seems to be an achievable reality now not a dream. I would suggest the HOW clinic if you are really serious to achieve your goals. The team are very tentative to all my silly questions are great supporters. I'm learning alot from the program and greatful to have zoom meeting possible due to weather condition... read more
