Best company ever they always on time never late they care about patient all the time thank you hovlus medical transportation I am still using this company best one they have new cars Thank you
This company is terrible. They lie and lie and lie. They NEVER showed up, even after saying “we’re 5 to 10 minutes away”. 20 minuets later “ we’re two blocks away “. And still never showed and then wouldn’t answer the phone. I missed a doctors appointment because of them. DO NOT USE THIS Company
I second Richard Lewis... Today is Jan 24, 2018 & our facility called Hovlus to pick up the patient at 10:14am & the dispatcher said in 30mins.... 45mins passed by still no Hovlus so I decided to call the facility to call Hovlus & Hovlus said they are on their way... it is 11:28am still we are waiting for Hovlus... not sure until when we gonna wait Hovlus to pick up the patient... so unprofessional The company is not transparent to the clients therefore not a good company for non medical transportation.
