Good Luck getting them to ever return calls or quotes! 6 months since measure, 9 phones calls requesting the quote….. laughable.

Pathetic liars, disgraceful service. we agreed 11 months ago to do another kitchen with them as we used them before. after 5 months of nothing from them I started to call, after 30 plus phone calls and only ever 1 returned call stating they will come in a week which was 3 months ago. I was also told to my face, that it would be 2 weeks away, four months ago now. If you want a good quality kitchen at a reasonable price, with great workmanship, go to Hovius Joinery. You can buy cheaper (like at Bunnings), but you can't buy better.

The kitchen itself looks great. 6 weeks until install from the time quote is signed. Post-purchase service is appalling. Numerous phone calls over a number of weeks went unanswered with excuses from "busy time of year", "installer down", "not in the office", "will call you", "will pass on the message" and still waiting. All I needed was a price for a pullout spicerack.
