I had a appointment set up for a Saturday morning. He said the shop opened at 10 and I was there 20 minutes early, I ended up leaving at 11:15 with my bike after numerous phone calls and even left a message and 3 months later I still haven't received a phone call...I will never give him my business nor will I refer him for business.
