Worst business ever, they dont reply to any email or phone call, ive bought a escotter, once arrived the box was opened for an unknown reason. They are offering a refund policy but just dont reply. communication with this business is a big joke, they just dont care.

Bought a scooter from them, used it for 2 months, put it away for winter and it stopped working when I tried to use it again after winter. Contacted them, they said they closed the shop and cant repair it. Didn’t help at all. Horrible customer service and not trustworthy
I'm very happy with the scooter I purchased. I got the Mygo X9 Pro, and the scooter is amazing. It holds the battery very well. The package arrived just in time before my birthday, and I had great birthday presents. I can now use it to drive to work. Thank you, guys, for quick delivery and great customer service.
