I saw Dr. Ather the same day of my call, I was fast tracked through for blood tests the following day. Impressed with the excellent service and care given.
The doctors and staff have been very helpful. I've had an ongoing abdominal problem lately. They gave me a very thorough check up. After the check up they give me a letter to take to private hospital. So the specialist consultant there ķnows what treatment I've been given Very happy with the treatment.
Very horrible GP so dismissive of your concerns and no patient centered care only what they think is right. Had bad experiences with them with regards to me and family where out concerns were dismissed on so many occasions. Would highly recommend this GP is avoided
I recently visited Hove Medical Centre and was thoroughly impressed by the level of care and professionalism I received. The staff were all incredibly kind and attentive, making the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. The GPs are so good; they are knowledgeable, patient, and truly listen to your concerns. I highly recommend Hove Medical Centre to anyone in need of excellent healthcare services.
Three years here and I still don’t have one person taking accountability for my health. Repeated appointments met with ‘so how can I help you’ when the doctor was the one that arranged the follow up, not looking through patient history before appointments, lack of action leading to delayed and incorrect referrals, no follow ups after diagnoses (6 months and counting).
