For years, dental anxiety, especially around needles, made dentist visits very stressful. My previous dentists often lacked sympathy/understanding, making things worse. Nicki the lovely lady on reception, is very assertive, friendly and always makes me smile. Nicki is very good at her job , very warming and calming. I have only met one nice reception in my life and that is Nicki . This lady will go above and beyond, to make sure your personal experience is memorable.
Best dentist ever!!! Really gentle, even the anaesthetic injection didn’t hurt! Super lovely staff, can’t recommend them enough!
Really impressed with my first visit to get a second opinion on toothache not resolved by another surgery. Hziar the dentist and Lynne who was supporting her were kind and very knowledgeable. Mandy and Danni on reception were equally nice and very welcoming. Highly recommend them and a fraction of the price of BUPA.
Recently, I had reason to have a root canal procedure at Hove Dental. My appointment was with Guido Omar Cuba Cruz. I was not looking forward to this procedure. However, from the moment I arrived I was treated with care and respect. Things were explained very clearly and all my concerns addressed. At the end of the procedure the aftercare was fully explained and, indeed, the morning after the procedure I was called by Nicky, on Reception, to check that I was fine and that all was well.
