Not really a legit medical facility. It's a place to fall asleep for a week. No healthy or vegan food options, no trained medical staff, and they don't actually work on your treatment plan

This place really helped me the staff was great I was homeless and scared and this was the best place and quite helped me rebuild my life thank you hovander house God bless

A lot of trauma, was around unwell people, and incompetent staff who asked to many personal questions. Signed to much paperwork that got me nowhere and crisis residence treat me like A child. I wasn't a drug addict, so they can't really help, no help for men with ptsd and trauma and the staff isn't trauma-informed and it is all about money.
