I selected the wrong color of sink. Called in to cancel but it was prior to business hours so I left a voicemail. They got back to me right away, cancelled the order and issued a refund. Great service!

excellent product, and company. easy to work with when the company we bought our cabinets from told us the wrong size to buy, then I ordered the wrong color on my next sink. the people at Houzer were very accommodating, and eager to help us fix our mistakes. I have been already, and will continue to recommend them.
Extremely helpful and professional.
Excellent post-sale service. My two-year-old sink developed a crack, probably from a hairline fracture during the original transport. I contacted them, provided proof of purchase and pictures of the crack. They shipped me a new sink, no questions asked.
