Extremely helpful and professional.
Excellent post-sale service. My two-year-old sink developed a crack, probably from a hairline fracture during the original transport. I contacted them, provided proof of purchase and pictures of the crack. They shipped me a new sink, no questions asked.
Bought two Fireclay sinks to compare models. The Houzer model was far superior in quality and price. Came packed with extra protection. Returned the competitors model. Highly recommend this product. It's a 33 inch White Fireclay sink.
