Dr. ADI is a great doctor...office staff however is terrible!! Everytime I call the office, they either don't answer or if I keep calling back or pressing 1 to continue holding, they answer and put me on hold immediately without saying anything. Even pharmacies have trouble reaching your office. I have no complaints aside from you guys needing to start answering the phones and talking to patients. Dr Sareh by far is the absolute best pulmonologist that I have seen in the past 20 years, since being diagnosed with asthma and now COPD. The amount of attention he gives you and knowledge he has, has easily helped me make my decision to make him my last.
Dr. Sareh proved to be a top notch doctor with my husband in his late stages of COPD!
