He stated that it's a little far for him but he'd make it. We then scheduled an appointment with him and the homeowners. Mike agreed to perform a pool inspection prior to a home purchase. Last moments, he decided that our location was out of his area and not worth his time, even though it was disclosed to him when the appointment was made. Left us high and dry at the inspection. Unprofessional.
