Communication here isn't great, the place can be a mad house depending on when you go and Doctor doesn't make eye contact with you when talking but other than that they did a good job with my Dobermans ears since they're healing nice and standing ok. I recommend asking for Paula since she's nice, will answer your questions and will take the time when explaining stuff! The team was knowledgeable, gentle, and made sure my dog was comfortable every step of the way. The results look fantastic — clean, symmetrical, and healing beautifully. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality and compassionate... read more

We’ve brought our dog here twice—once for an ear infection and once for cherry eye removal—and both experiences were excellent. The doctor is very straightforward and matter-of-fact, which I personally appreciated from our first phone call. We’re both from the North, where communication styles tend to be direct, and while that can sometimes be misinterpreted as rude, it’s simply how we communicate. Don’t let that ... read more
