Brought our Dobie Canelo July 2nd for ear cropping ( Tall Cut ) and we’re officially finished ear posting . When I tell you the doctor did such an amazing job on his ears ! Just look at the pictures your self !! I’m in WOW!! I recommend coming here ! The staff , the doctor , everyone is super friendly and helpful Thank you to EarTrim , Dr.Michael Revere & the amazing Staff
Dr Revere is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The clinic staff are attentive and handle people quickly but professionally. Saw another customer there who brought their old dog to be put down - Dr Revere personally comforted them, allowed goodbyes, and brought them the pawprint impression and collar back. When the tech informed the family that since it was a weekend, the urn would take 3-5 days to reach their home, Dr Revere instructed the tech to priority ship it, at the clinics expense.
