Communication here isn't great, the place can be a mad house depending on when you go and Doctor doesn't make eye contact with you when talking but other than that they did a good job with my Dobermans ears since they're healing nice and standing ok. I recommend asking for Paula since she's nice, will answer your questions and will take the time when explaining stuff! I just realized I pressed 3 instead of 4 when leaving the review, my apologies yall 🫶

Because this business chose to respond rudely—something they seem to do consistently to anyone who leaves an honest negative review—I am submitting an additional review on my sister’s behalf. My sister clearly informed them before the procedure that her Doberman’s docked tail was infected and that he was currently on antibiotics and steroids. This establishment demonstrates shockingly poor customer service and operates more like a chop shop than a professional veterinary or surgical practice. They show complete disregard for an animal’s wellbeing the moment it leaves their care. I initially hesitated to visit Ear Trim after reading some reviews, but I’m very glad I decided to move forward. We’ve brought our dog here twice—once for an ear infection and once for cherry eye removal—and both experiences were excellent.
