So my experience was somewhat tumultuous, during delivery the fridge fell off the trailer and from there so many more things went wrong. A quick delivery & install ended up taking 4+ hours. My communication with the owner didn’t go great but looking back part of that was on me,in the end all drama aside the owner made it right, for that I’m grateful to him. Kind of tired of using the typical Home Depot and Lowe’s route where you get nickel and dimed for everything and then as soon as your appliance is off the truck it’s essentially your problem no matter what. This was place was straight and forward and gave me the skinny on each dryer i was looking at. Got my delivery to me quick, the guy that installed my dryer was friendly and cool and didn’t seem like he was rushing or frustrated. Great customer service if you need great prices on used appliances!
If they gave a half a star I would. First refrigator did not cool or freeze after 2 days A REPLACEMENT was brought out same result. Someone from the office promise to.make it right with another replacement that has not happen just a lot.of unfilled promises. They do not answer the phone just a generic message sent to phone saying they are busy with another customer. Still waiting on refund at this point. THEY ARE NOT registered with the better BBB so beware
