receptionist was very rude
What a stellar office! Front desk amazing and so accommodating! Dr Shin was 3rd opinion after suggested previous remedies didn't sound right. Dr Shin was able to address the problem,and remedy it with finesse. No more 'Charlie horses!' Even sleeping better! Who knew??! Recovery uneventful. Totally exceeded hopes and expectations! I wish for three things in a doctor. First, I wish for a highly skilled doctor. Every single morning I look at my leg and I see a miracle. I had suffered for years. Now my leg looks and feels so much better. The swelling is completely gone. Second, I wish for a doctor with high character. Dr. Shin always placed my needs first. I have been Dr. Shin’s patient for many years. His primary concern is you as a patient and I completely trust him. I have never had any pain during any procedures and he always has you come in for a follow up visit to make sure you are doing well. His staff has been there for years as well and they are friendly and well organized. Everything always runs smoothly. I highly recommend Dr. Shin and his practice. There are no other Dr’s I would trust to do this.
