Do not file your taxes here! Francis messed up my tax return and has done nothing to help me rectify the problem. I filled my taxes with him on February 16 and still don't have my return. I've called him several times and he keeps telling me he will look into it and never calls back. I will never go here again and find a more reputable person to file my return!
