I had a very unpleasant encounter with some members of your distribution team on Friday June 1, 2012. I had parked in the Commons parking garage at the TMC and so that I would be able to go to class/work, at Md Anderson where I am obtaining my PhD, and make it to a very important seminar on south campus.
