Jordan and his staff are amazing! I've been training with him for 2 months and one of the best choices I've made. I had gastric bypass in March and I'm down 150lbs and Jordan has helped me by designing a workout just for me.

Crystal has designed a very effective program to meet my goals, monitors my progress and form and continues to challenge me with new workout programs every month.
