Three weeks back and forth trying to settle a billing issue that's too long to explain here. Long story short, if this office drops the ball or makes a mistake, you will most likely pay for it. Offered a "courtesy" discount for their mistake, but if I'm still paying $250 more than I originally agreed to, that's not a solution. AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COST OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!! *I tried but this would not post with zero stars!* This office used to be run by Stephen K. Tyring, MD, PhD and my experience was good previously. I take Skyrizi for severe psoriasis and I had been going here for years without issues until now. I would go in yearly and do a checkup and bloodwork and they would send and renew my prescriptions. Been going here since 2019. Am required to get blood work done annually for biologic meds. Last three years there has been a problem with my blood results being acted upon by this office and consequently my prescriptions lapse and it is near impossible to get in touch with the office. Had appointment this year on 10-21 and had blood work done 10-22 at Quest and sent to them.
